Spring War

After a bit of an absence from brewing with any sort of intention due to the arrival of a Baby, I think it is time to get back on the horse. At Spring War a few friends and I like to brew up a bit of a storm for the event. This year I am intending on contributing about 10-12 kegs of All Grain beer, my thought on what I am going to make are a Dark Strong Ale possibly served on hand pump, a light refreshing Bitter, an Australian Pale Ale, an American Pale Ale, an American wheat (as seen previously) and a Belgian Wit. I am in the middle of brewing the Dark Strong Ale I will post the info soon.
